Contemporary Art in
Fibre & Textiles
Pauline has created her art in the medium of fibre and textiles since 1972. Her tapestries and fibrescapes are part of Government, Corporate and Private collections throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia.
She has exhibited extensively around the world and her work appears in many International publications.
Her creations range from large hand woven tapestries to three dimensional miniature fiber sculptures.
Pauline is an ArtTour International Magazine Top 60 Master of Contemporary Art 2017 & 2018, with exhibitions in Florence, Italy and New York.
She is an ATIM Artist of the Decade 2020
Some of the exhibition highlights of her career are the Carrousel du Louvre, Paris, France National Museum of China, Beijing; Canadian Embassy, Tokyo, Japan; Museo Nacionale de Bellas Artes, Santiago, Chile and the Canada Pavilion, Expo 86, Vancouver
Pauline has also been active in founding and coordinating Arts Festivals such as "Outside the Box" from 2011 to 2015 in White Rock, B.C., Canada and "Celebration of Ability - Not Disability" in 1989, Richmond, B.C.
Pauline has been in many exhibitions with the Museum of the Americas of Miami, Florida. Her art has been presented in Dubai as well as throughout Europe and the Americas.
She is an artist certified by the Museum of the Americas.
Her work appears in the publications of several World Textile Art Biennials.
Pauline was born in Great Britain but has lived most of her life in Canada.
Her home and studio are located in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia.
For over three decades she created woven tapestries using hand dyed and hand spun wool.
She currently uses various methods of surface design on silk, wool, linen
and other natural fibres to express her vision.

I delight in the shapes, textures and colours around me in this amazing world, particularly under the sea.
I enjoy using various techniques to express my vision of these images.
